Overview: This is not an official event day, but a practice day. Today the students arrive, unpack their crate, and perform their practice rounds. The pit registration area is busy with registration, inspection, and general orientation questions. Three team representatives will be allowed in at 7:45AM, while the rest of the team members cannot come in until 8:30AM. Teams may not work on their robots.

7:45AM
· Doors open for 3 representatives per team (1 must be adult) to check robot case weight and to unpack robot.

8:30 AM
· Doors open to balance of team members.
· Pit area open.
· Concessions open.

10:00 AM
· Practice Rounds 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

12:00 Noon
· Team Lunch.

1:00 PM
· Practice Resumes.

5:00 PM
· Practice rounds conclude.
· Field cleaning/repair.
· Trophies ready for Friday/Saturday ceremonies.

8:00 PM
· Machine Shop and Pits close.
· Close for the evening.

Overview: This is the first competition day. Day will conclude on site with awards ceremonies followed by an evening team social event at the Hale Koa Hotel in Waikiki.

8:00 AM
· Doors open, Pits open.
· Concessions open.
· Machine Shop opens.

9:30 AM
· Opening ceremonies.

10:00 AM
· Qualifying matches begin.

11:30 AM
· Community Support Luncheon - Ed Wong Room – hosted by Lt. Governor James R. “Duke” Aiona, Jr.

12:00 Noon
· Team Lunch.

1:00 PM
· Play resumes.

4:30 PM
· Awards ceremonies.

5:00 PM
· Field cleaning/maintenance (Volunteers).

6:00 PM
· Pits and Machine Shop close.
· Close for the evening.

6:30 PM
· Team Social at Hale Koa Hotel.

10:00 PM
· Team Social concludes; teams return to respective hotels.

Overview: This is the final day of competition, and the most intense. The qualifying rounds continue, with a switch to final round competition in the early afternoon. There will be both opening and closing ceremonies with awards. This will be the biggest day in outside attendance, with most seats occupied for the final rounds.

· Team arrival, doors open, Pits open.
· Concessions open.

8:45 AM
· Teams, judges, and VIPs in place for opening ceremonies.

9:30 AM
· Opening Ceremonies.

10:00AM
· Seeding matches continue (until 11:45 am).

11:30 AM
· Community Support Luncheon - Ed Wong Room – hosted by Governor Linda Lingle.

11:45 AM
· Alliance Pairings- To be conducted by Emcee with the assistance of the announcer, Production Manager, and Field Supervisor.

12:00 Noon
· Teams break for lunch.

1:00PM
· Competition Finals Begin.

3:30PM
· Final rounds end.
· Machine Shop closes.

3:45 PM
· Awards ceremony.

4:00 PM
· Pits close.
